Nellie is a native of San Antono Texas and attended Louisiana State University in Shreveport, where she received her Paralegal certificate. She has 15 years of experience assisting with domestic, personal injury, workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability matters. She also has served as the Pro Bono Coordinator for the Shreveport Bar Association where she assisted her local community with gaining access to legal help and worked with victims of domestic violence, assisting them in obtaining protective orders. Nellie is bilingual and she uses this ability to help Mr. Hendry communicate effectively with his Spanish speaking clients.
Nellie is married George Walton, a Sgt. Detective with the Desoto Parish Sheriff's Department and they have four children, Alex, Gavin, Gracie and Giselle. She enjoys traveling, crafting, and spending time with her family in her free time.
